My Other RLCs

So, Lawful Chaotic is not my first Random Legacy Challenge. Nor is it my last.

Here are the others.


The R&R Legacy - completed all 10 generations.

This was my first legacy, it's extremely old now, and it is a train wreck. 

Especially that decor...

All of my legacies are technically sequels to this train wreck, but you don't need to read it to understand what's going on. I haven't read it in a long time so there's probably a ton of early installment weirdness.

It starts with Randi & Randy Archer, a young couple who settle down in Riverview.

The Archers of Barnacle Bay - completed all 10 generations.

 

A direct sequel to R&R up there, my second legacy picks up where the first one left off, with the heir (Wren Archer) relocating to a new town (Barnacle Bay) to start her own legacy. Still lots of bad decor, but it is the first appearance of several characters that pop up again and again later.



Archers Again - hiatus; almost to generation 3.

My third legacy. The last Archer heir in Barnacle Bay makes her way to Hidden Springs, to solve their ghost problem... and her twin children end up going on some intense supernatural adventures.

Goldbeard RLC  - currently on generation 6.

This follows the descendants of Scarlett, one of the Barnacle Bay spares.

Not to spoil the plot, but my fourth legacy may have been the most important, as from the very start it was set up to explain how the shared continuity works. That story arc was finally completed near the end of generation 4, so at least that's done. Looking back, I'd say the story is meandering and potentially frustrating to follow. The plot leans into sci-fi despite its fantasy skin. 

 

Fairuza makes her first appearance in this legacy.

 
Quills RLC - currently on generation 3.

Follows the descendants of yet more spares from Barnacle Bay. Cinnamon and Ignatius Quill have moved to Appaloosa Plains, to inherit an estate and do farming and stuff. Will their family flounder in mediocrity, or become household names?

 

 

Fleeting Inspiration - currently on generation 2.

 

Alexandria Fleet (an iteration of Alexandria Archer) spent most of her childhood in state care after the mysterious disappearance of her family. Unsure how to proceed with her life once she's a young adult, she joins the military, and is shipped off to Sunlit Tides.
